How do you tackle mom life while making sure you take care of yourself too?

Here are 5 ways you can take on both without over exerting yourself:

  1. Set a timer for yourself if you work at home

  2. Work around the kids schedule. Whether they are napping or busy playing, keep them close and take on your workout with ease. 10-30 min a day is all it takes. You can do it!

  3. Toddler moms and up, have your kids join you for your workouts. It is a great way to bond with your kiddos and kids LOVE it!

  4. Meal Prep once a week so you are set yourself up for success. This can be super easy recipes such as cutting veggies and storing them in a zip lock bag. Depending on what you choose to prep for the week, it shouldn't take more than an hour. Include the kids!

  5. Lastly, connect with other moms in your community. Dads this is for you too. We have tons of resources like The Dad Gang and other Instagram and Facebook groups.
